The last generation people differ than this generation people in many ways the main things are technology, culture and health. Only the first one is better in this century and both culture and health of this generation is far worse than last generation. Why is the question we ask? Main things we can find why last generation people were healthier than this generation people are as follows,

a)      Lack of Exercise: You may think that how come previous generation people knew about exercise, diet like oatmeal diet and all this stuff when they were technologically lacking behind? The answer lies in the daily life style of them. In the last generation people were hard working and the easiness we have in our lifestyle and work style wasn’t available for them. They need to do tedious work to gain the bread and butter for the day.

b)      Food Habits: The main purpose of work in last century was for satisfaction of hunger and mind. For the same the quality of the food was good and the quality of the food today is very bad, we can see where fast food and junk food is leading us in long run. People worked for food and had it in its quality aspects. The eating habits were also good and not abnormal.

In many more things we are lagging behind them, the food they ate was of natural quality and which we eat is artificial and contains many chemicals, we need to avoid this if we want a better lifestyle. We can do few changes in our daily lifestyle and gain better results. Few changes like inclusion of some exercise and change in few food habits can make a large difference in your good health program.
