The main feature is WearLink coded transmitter which is made up of soft fabric.  For enhanced comfort level, the electrodes picking up the heart signal are built inside the strap.  This coded transmitter is also helpful for reducing interference that is caused by other types of heat rate monitors.

It also has large backlit display available which makes it easy to read.  Polar f11 watch display has split screen and shows the current heart rate, normal heart rate and shows length of time you have exercised. There is a watch which shows time with stopwatch and alarm function.  Additionally, it is also water resistant which is up to 30 meters or 100 feet.  With OwnCal system, it counts fat and calories that is burnt during the exercise regime.  It also shows the accumulated calories collected over the period of many sessions.  Setting daily and even weekly goals for calories to burn becomes easy with polar f11 watch.

Another good feature is the fitness bullets.
