Some people refer to the program as the Wealthy Affiliate Scam.  Whether you think this is true or not is a matter of personal opinion and what your experience with the program is.  I have been a member for a couple of years now, and while I think that it is a great program, I definitely don’t think that it is for everyone.  Internet marketing, not matter what path you take, is not a way to make money overnight, and no program will show you how to do that, at least not without doing some things which are illegal or immoral or both.

I like the program that is described at WA.  While there are actually a lot of different methods taught there, the basic program that people get started with is one that teaches people how to write up product reviews that contain their affiliate links and to make money that way.  This is a pretty simple and straightforward way to make money.

I would give one suggestion to people who are starting out, and that is to make up a lot of reviews.  This is a numbers game and you will make more money by making up 30 okay reviews than by making one or two really spectacular ones.  You will always have campaigns that just don’t work, so keep going till you are more experienced and you will find that your success rate increases.
