There are a number of different jobs for kids available, but kids are not always happy working in the garden or getting up at the crack of dawn to do their newspaper route. Online jobs for kids are available, but things like blogs take time to build up and so for someone who needs quick cash this is not the way to go.

A lot of people have pets and they need lots of attention. This is one option that kids might  be more willing to do. Most kids love animals. They usually have a pet at home that they have been taking care of so they would have had some experience. There are different options available.

Dog Walking

Dog walking has been around for a long time and kids complain that there is not much money to be made in this business, but like with every business it is always how much you put in. If you are willing to walk a different dogs twice a day you could definitely make some money, but if you are going to settle for one three times a week you will of course think there is no money in the business. Make yourself fliers that you can put in different shops, give to your neighbours and ask your family to spread the word as well.

Pet Grooming

People don’t always have the time to bath their dogs and some cats and dogs need special grooming because their hair is longer. It doesn’t take long to groom a dog and you can charge more than walking. Charge different prices according to the size and amount of hair. You can ask the vets in your area to put a notice up for you.

Working with horses

There are many Jobs for kids, which can be extremely rewarding. If you enjoy working with horses and there is a stable nearby you could ask if you  could come in and help with various jobs they need to be done. These might include cleaning the stable, grooming the horses and the owner will probably let you ride the horses as well.
