Don’t smoke are sun tan – these are two of the worst things you can do for your skin, even if acne wasn’t a consideration.  There are numerous negative health affects that smoking and sun tanning bring into the picture.  You will find that you can preserve the moisture and integrity of your skin a lot easier if you stay away from these two things.

Don’t over wash – many acne sufferers have the initial impulse to wash their skin profusely in an effort to rub out all of the pimples they see on their face.  But if you understand the way acne forms, you would know that you cannot deal with the problem in this way.  There are deeper genetic causes to acne that have to be addressed in addition to topical concerns as well.
