Check to make sure you have fuel.

Nozzles are relatively cheap but can cause a slew of problems if not changed once a year. When you get your burner inspected the technician is supposed to change the nozzle out.  They get them for less than $10.  Its very easy for condensation or debris to cause blockage within these small devices and either cause them to cease spraying out a smooth flow of fuel out the tip or to be totally blocked altogether.

Weak Transformer

Check to make sure the transformers are working.  The spark should be bring yellow and not a faint orange.  If the transformer is not working like it should or the electrodes that attaches to them are improperly spaced then the fuel coming out of the nozzle will not be ignited the way it should.  If you think this is the case call a technician.  Do not attempt to do anything on the transformer yourself.  It carries a very high voltage and the last thing you want to do is get shocked by it.
